Recognizing that the house likely wouldn't stay on the market long, Steve offered to show my husband the house that very day, a few hours later, and went so far as to meet us again the following evening. And to submit our offer that very night. So within 48 hours Steve found us an incredible house and allowed us to be the first to offer after the reduction. Over the next few days, Steve fought for us in negotiations, and won us the house even though the other buyer was slightly more competitive! This is just one example of how well supported I felt by Steve, he was extremely responsive, communicative, and helpful throughout the process. As someone relatively new to Dallas, I really appreciate all the guidance and support Steve gave to us during the process, not to mention his ideas on some renovations to the home. He is great to work with and made the process so easy. I strongly and absolutely believe that he will do whatever it takes to help people realizing their real estate dreams, and I trust anyone would have the same experience that we did.
